Subscription Cancellation Policy

Thank you for using MondM’s subscription service. Our cancellation policy for subscriptions is as follows:

■ Minimum Purchase Requirement
There is no minimum purchase requirement for MondM subscriptions. You may cancel at any time.

■ How to Cancel
If you wish to cancel, please log in to your dedicated Customer Portal and click the “Cancel” button to complete the cancellation process.

■ Cancellation Deadline
Please complete your cancellation at least 7 days before the next scheduled shipment date via the Customer Portal.
Cancellations made after this deadline may result in the next subscription shipment being sent.

■ Refund Policy
We do not accept cancellations or refunds after payment has been completed for subscription orders.
Please ensure to cancel at least 7 days before the next shipment date to avoid being charged for the next order.
