Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods
We use the following shipping methods depending on your order details and payment method:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered via Sagawa Yu-Packet service.

  • Multiple Package Shipping: Delivered via Sagawa Express or Yamato Transport.

  • Mailbox/Lightweight Shipping: We use Yamato Transport’s Nekopos service, allowing delivery directly to your mailbox even if you are not at home.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Delivered by Yamato Transport (Takkyubin). Requires direct receipt and payment in cash upon delivery.

Domestic Shipping
All domestic shipments within Japan are offered with free shipping.

[Free Shipping] This product ships anywhere in Japan without additional charges, including Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days. Shipping may take approximately 1 to 2 weeks depending on the region. Please note delivery times may vary due to weather or traffic conditions.

Shipping Days
Orders are shipped on business days from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays).
Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped on the next business day (Monday or the following weekday).

Cash on Delivery Fee
If you choose cash on delivery (COD), the following fee will apply:

  • Orders up to 30,000 JPY (tax included): 440 JPY (tax included)
    (COD is not available for orders exceeding 30,000 JPY.)

The COD fee will be automatically added when you select this payment option at checkout.

Important Notes
If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete and the shipment cannot be delivered, additional fees may apply for reshipping.
Please ensure your delivery information is accurate when placing your order.

Future International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Japan.
However, we plan to offer international shipping in the future.
Updates will be provided on this page and via our official social media channels when international shipping becomes available.
