Return Policy
We accept return requests within 7 days of product delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unopened and unused.

It must be in its original packaging, with all seals and labels intact.

Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) must be provided.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Please note: We cannot accept returned items without prior approval.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
We will assess the issue and proceed with a return or replacement at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to complete the refund process.
If more than 16 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@mondm.com.
Return Shipping Fees
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility for change-of-mind returns.
However, we will cover return shipping fees only if all of the following conditions are met:

You requested the return within 7 days of product delivery

Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., receipt or order number)
If any of the above conditions are not met, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
